How a credit works: Starting screen tracking (or Live Call with no active session) spends 1 credit immediately. Closing early does not refund. Live Call during an open meeting does not charge a second credit.
Expiry: Multi-packs are typically valid 45 days; a single top-up is typically 30 days (exact days on each card). Expired credits cannot start a new meeting.
Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once applied to your wallet, except for confirmed technical payment failures. Details in Terms.
