Last updated July 15, 2026

CodeCoach uses your account email and authentication data (via Supabase) so you can sign in on the website and the Windows desktop app with the same account. Session tokens on Windows are stored with OS-backed encryption (DPAPI); they are not a substitute for keeping your password private.

What we process to provide the product: prompts you send; screen captures you choose to analyze; optional system/call audio for Live Call Assist (speech-to-text); and text you save in your personal knowledge vault (resume, projects, notes). The vault is cloud-hosted (not a local-only folder): content is stored in our database under your user id, with int8 embeddings for retrieval, and is not shared with other accounts.

AI: To generate answers we send necessary prompts, images, or short audio clips to third-party LLM APIs under our server keys. Responses may be incorrect or incomplete — treat them as drafts, not guaranteed facts. Do not capture secrets, banking, or data you are not allowed to process.

Payments: Meeting packs are handled by Razorpay. We store purchase records and credit balances, not full card numbers.

Retention: We keep account, billing, and vault data while your account is active and as needed for security and legal purposes. You may request export or deletion by contacting support at mittalkrish408@gmail.com.

We do not sell personal data. This notice is a high-level summary for the freemium beta; practices may be refined as the product matures.
